With over 17 years as a teacher and trainer\, Zoe brings a wealth of experience and real-life stories to make session content come alive for the participants. Additionally\, Zoe has engaged in numerous volunteer roles as a speaker coach for organizations that include but are not limited to TED-X and ArtPrize. As a facilitator\, Zoe works with corporate clients through IPEx on topics ranging from Customer Service Skills\, Effective Communication\, Team Effectiveness\, Presentation Skills\, Business Writing and a number of other topics.
